Armando Brughera

He has been a corporate tax partner at Brughera & Jaramillo, SC (B&J) since January 2020, before joining B&J, Armando participated in Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Ernst & Young in various positions until executive director of corporate taxes.

He is a public accountant graduated from the UABC campus in Tijuana, Corporate Tax Specialist with 23 years of experience mainly in the foreign investment sector, IMMEX Maquiladora, Services Sector, assets and inheritance.

He has been a professor of various tax matters in the degree of public accountant at the UABC.

He is AAA facilitator certified by Deloitte and EY and lecturer of various tax forums. He has participated as vice president of foreign trade and social and fiscal security in the college of public accountants of Mexicali and the industrial association of the Mesa de Otay in Tijuana (AIMO).
